Our hotel has an 18-hole golf course, and the dining options include the Flemings restaurant, the Grill restaurant, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, and a relaxing Elemis spa. This is an exciting time for the hotel as it has recently had some investment in the restaurant & lounge areas!

We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Resort General Manager, a visionary leader who can inspire and influence a high performing team, bring our values to life and maximise sales & revenue to deliver outstanding results. You will create unforgettable guest experiences and continue to take the Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort on its journey to becoming a ‘destination of choice’.

Previous experience operating a large M&E, Golf, Leisure & Spa, or multifaceted hotel.

Proven track record in developing, rolling out and operating successful concepts.

Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills.
