We are expanding rapidly and are looking for an exceptional Commercial Clinic Manager to lead both the clinical operations and commercial growth of the business.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who has experience managing private healthcare or surgical environments while also understanding how to grow a commercial clinic.
You will work with the Clinical Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the clinic, ensure exceptional patient care, lead the clinic team, drive revenue growth, and help develop new services and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily commercial operations of the clinic and drive revenue.
- Lead, motivate and develop the clinic team.
- Ensure outstanding patient experience from enquiry through to aftercare.
- Support consultants, nurses and practitioners during clinic sessions.
- Manage surgery and procedure lists where required.
- Coordinate PRP clinics and other regenerative medicine treatments.
- Develop and improve operational systems and efficiencies.
- Monitor KPIs, clinic utilisation, memberships and commercial performance.
- Work closely with marketing to maximise patient acquisition and retention.
- Build relationships with suppliers and strategic partners.
- Help identify and launch new healthcare and wellness services.
- Maintain the highest standards of infection control, patient safety and clinical governance.
Essential Experience
- Previous management experience within a private healthcare, surgical or specialist clinic environment.
- Strong knowledge of surgical pathways and patient management.
- Experience supporting or coordinating PRP treatments and regenerative medicine services.
- Excellent understanding of clinical governance and compliance.
- Outstanding organisational and leadership skills.
- Commercially minded with experience growing clinic revenue.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confident managing multidisciplinary clinical teams.
Desirable Experience
- Medical cannabis clinic experience.
- Aesthetics or cosmetic medicine.
- Wellness or longevity services.
- Membership-based healthcare models.
- CQC-regulated healthcare environments.
- Business development and partnership experience.
