Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Efficiently manage appointment schedules for the clinicians.
- Patient Liaison: Interact with patients in person and over the phone, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing necessary information.
- Payment Handling: Process payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation.
- Phone Management: Answer and direct phone calls professionally, maintaining a courteous and helpful demeanour.
- Patient Journey: Ensure a seamless experience for patients from arrival to departure, addressing any queries promptly.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the dental practice.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in a dental receptionist role is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
- Professional, confident and personable manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Customer Service: Commitment to providing exceptional customer service to patients.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
