Public Area Team Member
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated Public Area Team Member to join our busy Spa team at Lythe Hill Hotel & Spa.
Set within 20 acres of beautiful woodland on the Surrey/Sussex border, Lythe Hill is a historic country house hotel offering luxury accommodation, an award-winning spa and gym, a restaurant, private dining, and a stunning venue for weddings, events, and celebrations.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure all public areas, spa facilities, and hotel areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Carry out daily, routine, and periodic cleaning duties within allocated areas.
Report any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns promptly.
Support the wider housekeeping team to ensure an exceptional guest experience on occasions.
About You
Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is desirable.
Excellent attention to detail.
Well organised and able to work efficiently in a busy environment.
A positive team player with a proactive attitude.
Reliable, flexible, and committed to delivering high standards.
Working Hours
We are recruiting for:
Full-time positions – Working 5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis.
Casual positions – Hours to be agreed based on business needs.
Weekend-only roles – We are happy to consider applicants looking for weekend work. Please include your availability with your application.
