Danny Sullivan Group is currently recruiting for an experienced CSCS Groundworker to join a major construction project at Sizewell C.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Groundworker with strong civil engineering and infrastructure experience to secure long-term, ongoing work on a major UK project.

Carry out general groundworks and civil engineering activities on site

Work safely within excavations, including the use of trench boxes

Carry out excavation and associated groundworks in accordance with site requirements

Install kerbs and associated highway infrastructure
-
Lay and install ducting and associated services
-
Carry out preparation and groundwork for tarmac and surfacing works
-
Assist with drainage, foundations, concrete works and other civil engineering activities
-
Work safely around plant, machinery and other site operatives
-
Follow drawings, specifications and site instructions
-
Maintain clean, safe and organised working areas
-
Report hazards, defects and unsafe conditions immediately

Follow all site health, safety and environmental procedures
-
Work effectively as part of a busy construction and civil engineering team

Valid CSCS Card - Groundworker
-
Valid SEQOSH medical required
-
Previous experience working as a Groundworker on major construction, civil engineering or infrastructure projects

Experience working inside excavations and using trench boxes

Experience installing kerbs
-
Experience laying and installing ducting
-
Experience with general groundworks, excavation and drainage
-
Experience with tarmac/surfacing is desirable
-
Experience with streetlighting and associated works is desirable

Good understanding of site health and safety requirements

Ability to work safely around plant and machinery
-
Reliable, hardworking and team-focused attitude
-
Ability to work effectively as part of a large site team

Full UK driving licence beneficial

£20.47 per hour PAYE
