Hours: Full Time - Permanent
Are you ready to rid the world of boring coffee! Love Coffee? Love working for an independently run local coffee shop? Then look no further! We are a rustic vintage cafe with an outstanding reputation, built amongst the Cheshire countryside.
Requirements: Mon-Sun Flexibility, Must have Barista Experience & deliver latte art to a high standard.
What we’re looking for
We are after a Barista with passion and experience within the specialty coffee industry. The diary to accommodate flexible shifts, and a background using manual espresso machines and dialling in grinders. Ideally with experience as a keyholder and leading a team to success.
- A keen understanding and experience of brew ratios, extractions, milk texturising and excellent latte art
- Good communication skills & ability to build rapport with an expanding customer base is key
- A friendly, positive upbeat team player who has the ability to motivate those around them
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and to think on one’s feet
- Full weekend flexibility a must
What you’ll be doing
- Assist the General Manager with stock management and inventory
- Proactively maintain all compliance standards. Ensure a clean, safe, fully operational coffee station
- Make outstanding coffee. Show off your latte art – get creative!
