Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference to someone’s day?
At Magna Homecare, we support people to remain independent, safe and comfortable in their own homes. We’re looking for caring, reliable and friendly Community Support Workers to join our team across Chesterfield and the surrounding areas.
What will the role involve?
As a Community Support Worker, no two days are exactly the same. Depending on the individual, you may support with:
- Personal care and daily routines
- Medication support

- Shopping and household tasks
- Companionship and social support
- Attending appointments or accessing the community
- Helping people maintain their independence at home
Above all, you’ll be providing reassurance, encouragement and a friendly face to the people we support.
Who are we looking for?
You don’t necessarily need previous care experience. We’re interested in people who are:
- Kind, patient and compassionate
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Good communicators
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about supporting people to live as independently as possible
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is preferred due to the nature of the role.
