Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes - training provided
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in stock management, including inventory checks
- Uphold a friendly and professional demeanour at all times while interacting with guests.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Basic maths skills for processing payments and managing cash transactions.
- A genuine desire to help others, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous but not essential.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.

To start, hours will mainly be Friday and Saturday evenings. As season gets busier, Thursday and Sunday evenings will be available
