Lead a Brand-New Children's Residential Home
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new Children's Residential Home in Leicester (LE2).
This 3-bed home will support up to 3 young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), giving you the opportunity to build a positive culture, develop a high-performing team and make a genuine difference from day one.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of the Children's Residential Home.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Quality Standards.
- Build, mentor and support a dedicated staff team.
- Promote a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment.
- Oversee safeguarding, care planning and quality assurance.
- Work collaboratively with local authorities, families and external professionals.
- Drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes for children and young people.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager, or significant experience as a Deputy Manager within Children's Residential Care.
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards where appropriate).
- Experience supporting children and young people with EBD.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence is desirable.
