New Era Residence is a progressive and innovative service specialising in supporting young adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities. Our CQC-registered service has been designed to bridge the gap between children's and adult services, supporting individuals aged 17–25 through one of the most important transitions in their lives.

This is an exciting opportunity to join us at a pivotal stage in our journey. As we prepare for our first CQC inspection, we are looking for an exceptional Registered Manager who wants to leave their mark and help shape the future success of New Era Residence.
You won’t be doing it alone — our dedicated Nominated Individual will work closely alongside you, ensuring you have the support, resources, and autonomy needed to bring your vision to life.
The Opportunity
As our Registered Manager, you will lead a transformative service that changes lives. You will create a positive, engaging and supportive environment where young adults can flourish and achieve meaningful outcomes.

This role involves overseeing two services which are located next to each other.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & Inspire
- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team of Team Leaders and Support Workers dedicated to delivering exceptional support tailored to each individual.
Shape the Service
- Play a key role in developing and establishing the service during its growth and registration journey.
Drive Quality & Excellence
- Ensure the service consistently meets and exceeds CQC standards, creating a culture focused on delivering outstanding outcomes from day one.
Champion Person-Centred Support
- Develop creative and innovative approaches that empower young adults, promote independence, and encourage personal growth.
Build Strong Partnerships
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educational providers, families, and local authorities to create a strong support network around each resident.
Maintain Effective Systems
- Ensure the Nourish system is maintained accurately and updated to support quality care delivery and compliance.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- An experienced and confident leader with a background managing CQC-registered Autism and Learning Disability services
- Passionate about person-centred care and helping young adults achieve their full potential
- Knowledgeable about the challenges and opportunities involved in supporting individuals with complex behavioural needs
- A strong communicator who can inspire, motivate, and develop teams
- Organised, proactive, and solution-focused
- Driven to achieve and maintain Good and Outstanding CQC outcomes
- Holds a full UK driving licence (preferred)
Essential Qualifications
- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) – Essential

Salary & Benefits
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE)
(Salary increase upon successful CQC registration)
Location: West Bromwich B70
Working Pattern:
Monday–Friday
9:00am–5:00pm or 8:00am–4:00pm
