Salary: £13.29 - 15.50 depending on experience
Shifts: 06:00 - 18:00 4 out of 6 days per work

Overview:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our food manufacturing team. This role involves working in a fast-paced, target-driven production environment, ensuring food products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor food production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Pack and prepare food products in line with production requirements.
- Work to daily production targets while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures, including HACCP guidelines, to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Carry out routine equipment checks and perform basic mechanical adjustments or maintenance when required.
- Accurately complete production records, including output levels and any faults or issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment at all times.
- Work closely with team members to support production goals and continuous improvement.
Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment is desirable.
- Basic numeracy skills for measuring, weighing, and recording production data.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations is an advantage.
- Mechanical awareness to assist with troubleshooting machinery issues.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
