Make a real difference every day!
The Hatch Camphill Community is a supported living provider where adults with learning disabilities and autism are supported to fulfil their potential and thrive within a beautiful community setting.
About you
As a Support Worker at The Hatch, you will be empowering individuals with their daily living, helping them manage their homes, medication and money. You will be warm and compassionate, providing respectful and dignified person-centred support. You will be supporting people to get out and about, going bowling, to the cinema or out for lunch. Previous experience of working within a care or support setting, ideally with adults with learning disabilities and autism, is desirable but not essential. We provide all the necessary training to ensure you settle in well and achieve your aspirations. Above all, you should have a genuine interest in providing high quality and compassionate care and support.
We offer:
A beautiful location, unlike many other care providers.
Free on-site parking.
Employee discount savings and a free Blue Light card.
Employee Assistance Programme, giving you access to free advice and telephone counselling.
A comprehensive induction programme.
High quality training, qualifications and development opportunities.
