Location: Cheltenham
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, alternate Saturdays with a day back in Lieu.
Salary: Competitive basic salary, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission

Following our continued success, Murdock & Wasley is excited to be opening a brand new office in Cheltenham, and we're looking for an experienced Valuer to join the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and confident property professional with excellent knowledge of the Cheltenham & Gloucester market. If you enjoy meeting people, carrying out valuations and winning instructions, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
You'll be responsible for carrying out market appraisals across Cheltenham/Gloucester, providing honest and professional advice to homeowners and converting valuations into instructions.
You'll play an important role in helping establish the Murdock & Wasley brand and supporting the continued growth of the office.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out market appraisals.
- Winning new instructions and building lasting client relationships.
- Carrying out property take ons, ensuring photos and brochures are created to fit the Murdock & Wasley brand.
- Managing Property vendors and supporting the sales progressors throughout the sale when required.
- Delivering honest, knowledgeable and professional advice.
- Identifying new business opportunities.
- Representing the Murdock & Wasley brand to the highest standard.
What We're Looking ForEssential Skills
- Previous experience as a Valuer or Senior Negotiator with valuation experience.
- Knowledge of the Cheltenham & Gloucester property market.
- A proven track record of carrying out valuations and winning instructions.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
- Full UK driving licence.
