Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Skin Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert skincare treatments, personalised consultations, and exceptional customer service to enhance our clients' wellbeing and confidence. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough skin assessments and personalised consultations to determine suitable treatments for clients
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, extractions, and specialised therapies
- Carry out treatments such as IPL Skin and Hair Reduction, HIFU, RF MCN, SkinPen, Skin Peels and exosomes
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and lifestyle tips to maintain healthy skin
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic treatment environment in accordance with health and safety standards
- Build strong relationships with clients through attentive customer service and effective communication
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences in compliance with data protection regulations
- Stay informed about the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques to continually improve service quality
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Skin Therapist or similar role within the industry is essential.
- Level 3 or 4 NVQ essential
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Knowledge of iS Clinical and Obagi Skincare is an advantage
- Outstanding communication skills to explain treatments clearly and build rapport with clients
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and attitude with a passion for skin
- Flexibility to work during clinic hours, including evenings or weekends if required
