We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN to join our friendly team at our care home in Baylham, Suffolk. We provide a highly personalised range of residential and nursing services, supporting residents with dignity, compassion, and respect.

About You
We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse who is passionate about dementia care. You'll have excellent clinical skills, a caring and intuitive approach, and a strong understanding of complex care needs. Most importantly, you'll be committed to delivering the highest standard of care while promoting each resident's independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the care team to deliver the highest standards of resident care.
- Assess residents' needs and develop, implement, review, and update personalised care plans.
- Promote residents' physical, emotional, social, and psychological wellbeing while encouraging independence and personal choice.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation and resident records.
- Manage all aspects of medication administration during your shift in line with company policies and current legislation.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and best practice requirements, proactively identifying and managing risks.
- Support, coach, teach, and mentor colleagues in accordance with the NMC Code, promoting continuous learning and professional standards.
