Amber is a brand-new Mediterranean restaurant from the Dean Banks Group, opening in the heart of St Andrews. Inspired by the warmth, flavours and hospitality of the Mediterranean, we're looking for passionate Front of House Section Holders to help deliver exceptional dining experiences from day one.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new opening, working alongside a talented team in a restaurant where genuine hospitality, great food and outstanding service come together.
About the Role
As a Section Holder, you'll take ownership of your section throughout service, ensuring every guest receives warm, attentive and knowledgeable hospitality. You'll work closely with the management team to maintain high service standards while supporting and mentoring junior team members.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous experience in a quality restaurant environment.
- Can confidently run a section during busy services.
- Has a genuine passion for food, wine and Mediterranean hospitality.
- Enjoys building relationships with guests and creating memorable experiences.
- Works well under pressure while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Is positive, reliable and thrives as part of a close-knit team.
- Has a desire to learn and develop within a growing hospitality group.
What You'll Do
- Deliver professional and personable table service.
- Guide guests through the food and drinks menus with confidence.
- Maintain impeccable service standards throughout every shift.
- Support the smooth running of daily service.
- Assist in training and developing newer team members.
- Work collaboratively with both the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
