Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies that align with organizational vision and objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently, ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability across all departments
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and community organizations to advance organizational goals
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to maximize operational effectiveness
- Mentor and support senior managers and team leaders to cultivate leadership talent within the organization
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep the organization at the forefront of its field
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role with demonstrated success in strategic planning and organizational management
- Strong background in teaching or educational initiatives is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Education, or related field; advanced degrees preferred

Pay: £17.00 per hour
