We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Feltham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant or someone looking to develop their career within Special Educational Needs (SEN) education.
The Role:
- Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assisting students with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support
- Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Patient, caring, and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
