Who we’re looking for
We need enthusiastic and passionate Barista Maestro that love coffee and Greek food for our shops in Edinburgh with ;
- Excellent customer service
- Knowledge of making exceptional coffee
- Having the ability to embrace challenges in our fast-paced and team-driven environment
- Being a natural leader with a desire to take on shared responsibility.
- Having knowledge of Greek food & beverages
- Strong communication skills
- Being an action-oriented person with friendly attitude towards colleagues and customers
- Fluent in Greek language
- Fluent in English language (preferrable)
- Having flexible approach
What you’ll be doing
Of course, you’ll be crafting each cup of coffee with respect focusing on creating unforgettable moments for our customers.
Also, we would expect from you;
- Handling cash and taking on responsibility of the store in the absence of a manager
- Baking Greek pastries (training will be provided)
- Delivering hot and cold authentic Greek food
- Maintaining health and hygiene standards
What we want to give you
In return for all your efforts we would like to offer you the following;
- Starting pay of £12.71 per hour (depending on experience) rising with training.
- At least 16 hours per week for a part-time (shifts: Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays)
- Free lunch (whilst on shift) plus 50% staff discount on deli purchases
