Job Summary
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional driver based in Little Paxton, near St Neots. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated team player looking for a long term, permanent role.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for driving a 7.5-tonne tail lift lorry, delivering and collecting a range of small plant, tools and equipment.
The role is day work and starting at 7.30 am and generally finishing around 5.00pm, with a requirement to work every other Saturday 8 am - 12.30 pm. The work is all in the local area, mostly within a 30 mile radius
Key Responsibilities
- You must have good customer service skills and be a team player
- Carry out vehicle checks and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Maintain accurate Tachograph records
Requirements
- Valid 7.5t driving licence with a clean driving record
- Reliable and good time keeping
- CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Good knowledge driving regulations and road safety
