Parliament House Hotel seeks a breakfast chef for a six week period 4 days per week with availabilaty over 7 days. 16 to 20 hours per week. We are a 53 room town house style hotel in the heart of Edinburgh with a 50 cover Bistro open for breakfast . Shifts start at 6.00am or 7am to 11am. You will have previouse breakfast kitchen experience and able to work alone and have a desire to work with a small friendly team in a fresh food environment. The Role involves preparing continental breakfast buffet and cooked breakfasts to order.
Pay: £14.00 per hour
