Digger/Dozer Operator
This job is suitable for anyone living close to the towns of Penicuik, Peebles and Cleghorn.
This is a full-time role located at our Scottish Mosses site.
Main Duties
- Operate a digger/dozer to move raw materials safely and efficiently.
- Carry out pre-use checks on machinery and report any faults or damage to the manager promptly.
- Follow all health and safety policies, procedures, and site regulations at all times.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the manager.
Essential Criteria
- Valid 360 excavator ticket.
- Valid CSCS card for a 13-tonne excavator (above and below 10 tonnes, if applicable).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions safely on site
