What you’ll be doing
No two days look the same here — and that’s exactly how we like it.
- Being a go-to problem solver for our customers via helpdesk, phone, email
- Providing 2nd/ 3rd line support and getting stuck into real-world IT issues
- Setting up and configuring hardware, software, and user environments
- Supporting and maintaining servers, networks, and security systems
- Working with the team on IT projects like upgrades, migrations, and new deployments
- Helping users get the most out of tools like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Keeping documentation tidy and accurate (future you will thank you)
- Travelling and meeting clients
What we’re looking for
We’re not looking for someone who knows everything — but we are looking for someone who wants to learn anything.
- Experience in an IT support role (you’ve done the job, not just studied it)
- Solid understanding of Windows and macOS environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration
- Strong troubleshooting skills and logical thinking
- Confident, friendly communication — you can explain tech without sounding like a robot
- A proactive mindset: you spot problems, not just tickets
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and isn’t afraid to ask questions
