Job Description:
A client is seeking Production Operators to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide support in the production and assembly of precision plastic components, ensuring they meet customer quality specifications within agreed timescales.

Main Duties:
- Set up the workstation and follow Standard Operating Procedures throughout production
- Ensure all products meet customer quality specifications
- Maintain safety standards and avoid endangering themselves or others
- Work in line with company housekeeping standards (5S)
- Follow standard procedures and ensure maximum safety
- Full training will be provided
Skills & Experience:
- No previous experience required
- Reliable and flexible with duties
- Good dexterity and attention to detail
- Methodical approach to work
- Must be able to work 3 rotational shifts
Working Hours:
- Rotational Shifts: 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm, 10pm – 6am (Monday to Thursday)
- Friday Shifts: 6am – 1pm, 1pm – 8pm, 8pm – 3am
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (up to 40 hours)
Overtime available at a premium rate: time and a half or double depending on when worked.
