Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. , while it is for 2-3 days per week any successful applicant would need to be flexible as to availability throughout the week including some weekends. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable. You will be responsible for serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests both in the restaurant and on the takeaway counter.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and the overall dining environment throughout the shift.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for complete satisfaction.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and standards to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests.
- Assist with closing duties, including cleaning and restocking supplies as necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality would be an advantage but not mandatory as full on the job training is given.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.

Pay: £10.00-£12.80 per hour
