About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales & Customer Service Administrator to join our award-winning team at the British Ironwork Centre. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service while supporting sales and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high standard of customer service via phone, email, and other channels
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer queries, issues, and complaints professionally, aiming for positive outcomes
- Investigate and resolve complex customer concerns, including escalations
- Support online reputation management, including generating positive customer feedback
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and correspondence
- Stay up to date with company products, services, and updates
- Provide support to other business areas when required

Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 17:30pm
- School hours will be considered for this role
LocationOn-site (SY11 4JH), Own transport is required due to location
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
