315 Bar and Restaurant are looking for a Trainee Manager to help lead their award winning team.
The successful applicant will be trained in all aspects of the business including Front of House, Events, Hotel Management & the running of our spa
This is a "Hands on" customer facing role, working front of house within the business, essentially being the first point of contact for our guests.
You will be reporting the General Manager and will be tasked with promoting the business at every opportunity and ensuring our standards are met at all times.
Duties include:-
Ensuring service standards are managed at all times
Maximising bookings, using online booking systems
Liaising with all departments
Promoting and marketing the business
Ensuring staff costs are controlled
The role will suit someone starting out or wanting to further their career in hospitality.
The successful candidate must be able to work evenings and weekends, be presentable. punctual and hardworking.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £11.00-£13.50 per hour
