Care Assistant – Night Shift (Permanent) Lexham Green Rest Home, Buckley
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our friendly team at our 26-bed residential care home in Buckley.
About the Role
This is a permanent night shift position working Thursday and Saturday nights, 8pm–8am each week (24 hours per week). You will play a vital role in supporting our residents' wellbeing, dignity, and comfort throughout the night, including the administration of medication (full training provided if required).
What We're Looking For
- A warm, caring nature with a genuine passion for supporting others
- Excellent communication skills
- A minimum of one year's experience in a care setting
- At least NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
