CarBargains Blackburn stock cars from £995 to £3995 and we are looking for someone who has first hand experience in this market along with selling skillls
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and identify their vehicle needs through active listening and consultation
- Present and demonstrate vehicles effectively, highlighting features and benefits tailored to customer preferences
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth experience for clients
- Utilise CRM software to track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate customer records
- Upsell additional products or services such as warranties or accessories to maximise sales opportunities
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current vehicle inventory, promotions, and industry trends
- Develop new business through B2B sales channels and build relationships with corporate clients where applicable
- Handle phone enquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organise appointments, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently to optimise daily workflow
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales or automotive sales management is highly desirable
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging a diverse clientele
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and persuasively
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple leads and appointments effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software to streamline customer relationship management processes
- Effective upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities without compromising customer satisfaction
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
