Smooth Comms Ltd is looking for a confident and motivated Account Manager / Apointment setter to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with telesales experience who enjoys building relationships, achieving targets, and working in a flexible environment.This role is primarily work from home, with occasional office days for team meetings, training, and collaboration.
The Role
As an Appointment Setter, you'll be responsible for generating high-quality appointments for our sales team by engaging with prospective clients and booking both face-to-face and online meetings.Your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Booking qualified face-to-face and online appointments.
- Building rapport with business decision-makers.
- Updating and maintaining accurate records within our CRM system.
- Achieving individual and team appointment targets.
- Working closely with the sales team to maximise opportunities.
What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a telesales or appointment-setting environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence speaking with business decision-makers over the phone.
- A positive, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently from home while remaining an active member of the team.
