A great opportunity for a sound professional Head Chef to join us at The Spread Eagle Hotel and Spa in Midhurst.
We are looking for a driven, committed and dedicated individual to head up our busy kitchen, looking after breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, conferences and functions.
You will be supported by and report to the Group Executive Head Chef.

You will understand the importance of correctly costing a menu and ordering accurately in order to achieve the budgeted food GP.
