Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to emails professionally.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
- Order and monitor office supplies and stationery.
- Support colleagues with day-to-day office tasks and projects.
- Ensure the office environment remains organised and well-maintained.
About You
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
- A professional, friendly, and approachable manner.
- A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
