Fabric Engineer
London
Role Overview
The Fabric Engineer is responsible for maintaining the performance, reliability and safety of a diverse property portfolio through a proactive, engineering-led approach.
Working as part of the Symphony Engineering team, you'll use engineering expertise, asset intelligence and digital technologies to identify and resolve issues before they become operational failures. The role focuses on improving asset reliability, reducing operational risk and delivering high engineering standards across the estate.
You'll collaborate with Bureau Engineers, Technical Support teams and specialist supply chain partners to make informed engineering decisions based on asset condition, operational risk and real-time building data. Success is measured by preventing failures, improving asset performance and driving continuous improvement, rather than simply completing work orders.
All Engineers must complete the Symphony Academy training programme and maintain annual accreditation.
We are looking for 4, full time employees for this position, (Fabric, Multi-Skilled and M&E).
