Salary: up to £32,500 DOE + bonus / £40,000 OTE
The Role
Due to continued business expansion Taylor's Service Centres are looking for an additional experienced Parts Advisor to join our team,
Working within our busy Parts department dealing with Warranty, Retail and Trade Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for covering the Parts desk, dealing with inquiries via telephone, email and face to face, daily collation and distribution of parts to all technicians, using part catalogue systems, stock control / returns, plus general day to day administration duties.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will;
- Ideally have at least 12 months previous experience of working within an Automotive Parts Department
- Sales focused.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Be reliable, conscientious and at times, be able to work on their own initiative
- Have a flexible approach to work.
- Team Player
- Have a full UK driving license.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all department duties and administration.
- Plan ahead and manage time carefully to ensure all tasks are achieved
- Greet, develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, colleagues, suppliers and external representatives, in a timely manner.
- Remain professional, calm and positive at all times
- Assess own performance and effectiveness and undertake professional development activities
The Company
Taylor’s Service Centres is a family run business with over 35 years experience in the vehicle service, maintenance and repair industry and is based in Great Dunmow, Essex. We are an Accredited and Approved Service Centre for Jaguar Land Rover and Renault as well as offering specialist knowledge and parts for premium brand vehicles including BMW, Audi, VW and Mercedes.
