As a Senior Technical Specialist in our Client Technology team within Global Enterprise IT You’ll help keep Sky’s windows and mobile estate secure, compliant and reliable by delivering endpoint management. You’ll provide technical leadership across vulnerability remediation, endpoint hardening, patching, privileged access workstation delivery, operational support, change delivery and continuous service improvement.
What you'll do:
Lead Unified Endpoint Management across the estate, using Microsoft Intune to manage windows and mobile, policies, compliance settings, security controls, functionality and patching, and creating accurate profiles, configurations and deployment policies.
Manage CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager policies and build and maintain Privileged Access Workstation devices using Intune configuration, compliance and security policies.
Lead the design and review of endpoint management solutions, define engineering standards, operational processes and platform best practices, and maintain high-quality processes, standards and operational guidance.
Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise, mentor junior colleagues, share knowledge, influence stakeholders and provide clear updates to technical and non-technical audiences.
Lead complex investigations, major incidents and root cause analysis, while supporting service requests, project delivery, platform upgrades, change activity and improvements aligned with business, operational and security needs.
Shape the endpoint technology roadmap and long-term platform strategy, drive automation and engineering efficiency through PowerShell, APIs and modern management tooling, and provide out-of-hours support through the team on-call rota.
What you'll bring:
Substantial experience with Unified Endpoint Management and enterprise endpoint support (windows) in a large organisation, with a strong understanding of endpoint security, compliance and enterprise management practices.
Experience leading technical change, service improvement initiatives, complex investigations, major incidents and root cause analysis.
Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and problem-solving skills, supported by scripting or automation experience using PowerShell and/or APIs.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including documenting platform changes and workflows and explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders, mentor engineers and develop technical capability within a team.
A collaborative approach, with the reliability, accuracy, consistency and attention to detail required to deliver a high-quality service.

Osterley: Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. You can also use our free shuttle buses to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. The campus includes bike shelters and showers, subsidised restaurants and cafés, a Waitrose, a subsidised gym and a cinema.
Livingston: Our Livingston campus is a free shuttle bus journey from Livingston North train station and the town centre, with onsite parking for cars, motorbikes and bicycles. You’ll also find a subsidised canteen and onsite gym.
