Duties
- Engage with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored Renewable Energy Solutions.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet targets.
- Negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our IT systems.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall sales performance.
- Organise follow-up communications with potential clients to nurture relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Complete site surveys and client meetings throughout Northern Ireland.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or sales role, in the Renewable Energy Sector is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to negotiate confidently and persuasively with clients.
- Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong time management abilities, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
- A driven attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within the role.
- Full UK driving licence.
