Position Overview
Working within a busy fast-paced production environment, we are seeking Production Operators to join our team in Swindon. This role will work a double day shift pattern of earlies and lates where you will receive an additional shift pay of £3,100 per annum.
Main duties:
- You will be in charge for the preparation of components prior to coating to include, blasting and the application of tape
- You will need to report equipment faults
- Further the finishing of components post coating is part of this role
- You will be in charge for cleaning and maintaining work area and equipment
Key candidate requirements:
- You own machining operations experience or Manufacturing experience
- Further you have good practical skills, the ability to work quickly and methodically and are able to concentrate whilst conducting repetitive tasks
- You have a demonstrable ability to deliver responsibilities in line with safety, quality and productivity targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all level round up your profile
