We are seeking to recruit a motivated UKVI Compliance Assistant to join the UKVI Compliance section of the Registry Services Team. This role is part of a team that supports LJMUs UKVI Compliance in line with the UKVI Student Sponsor Guidance.
Working both independently and as part of a wider team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of LJMUs student records in relation to UKVI Compliance, often workload working with large data sets, meeting strict deadlines and maintaining a consistently high level of attention to detail.
Experience of administrative work is required, preferably within higher education. Excellent verbal and written communication are essential. You should be able to demonstrate good evaluation and problem-solving skills and will be required to work closely with all the teams within the department but also to work/act on your own initiative.
This is a busy department with lots of conflicting demands so the ability to work well under pressure is essential. A knowledge if UKVI Compliance within a Higher Education setting is desirable, however full training will be provided if required.
