- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control measures to maximise profitability without compromising quality.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cook or in a similar leadership role within a kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques, culinary arts, and hospitality standards.
