Hrs – 8am to 6pm (PAYE) Self employed hours to be discussed.
Weekend working – on a 1-4 basis but can be discussed further at interview.

We are looking to hire a Call Controller who have worked in a help desk environment scheduling work to meet Service Level Deadlines and revenue targets.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
This position requires excellent customer service and, strong analytical and problem solving skills, a high level of professionalism, the ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail and self-motivation. The job will include weekend work no more than 1 in 3 preferably 1 in 4 Saturday full day reimbursed by rest day and Sunday allocation only reimbursed by OT.
The work focuses on the Yorkshire region but also includes providing cover to the wider North region for leave rest days and lunch breaks. Customer Base is wide from banks, office & Homeworkers to hospitality and retail, this work is completed on behalf of several major IT service providers in the UK.
The equipment that we cover ranges from desktop pc’s and laptops to chip and pin devices to printers.
Location is based in the Leeds depot with flexibility to work from home on arrangement.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability/confidence to Prioritise & make decisions to meet objectives.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of IT and technology.
- Ability to actively drive problems to resolution.
- Ability to interact with clients, management and peers in an appropriate, professional manner.
- Ability to work independently.
- Full understanding of escalation processes and routes
