We are a friendly, family-run business providing a wide range of property maintenance services, including cleaning, grounds maintenance and general property works. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team and help support the day to day running of the office. We are looking for someone who can work independently, manage the diary, liaise with clients and staff, and take ownership of the admin processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls, direct them to the appropriate team member, or take accurate messages.
- Raise work orders and quotation requests.
- Assist with scheduling and booking works for our operational teams.
- Ensure completed works are matched with the relevant paperwork so jobs can be invoiced accurately and promptly.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the office runs efficiently.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm.
- Occasionally, flexibility may be required to stay later when urgent tasks need to be completed.
- Tuesdays can sometimes run slightly later, as our operational teams return to the office to wash company vehicles and carry out PPE and vehicle checks, which may require additional administrative support.
About You

- Is organised and able to prioritise a varied workload.
- Has excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Is confident using computers and standard office software.
