Responsibilities
- Assist with sales administration tasks
- Following up sales enquiries
- Scheduling appointments
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organised filing systems for both digital and paper documents.
- Contribute to the preparation of sales reports
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Proven experience in administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good IT skills with a high level of computer literacy.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently when necessary.
- Customer service orientation with a professional approach to client interactions.
Position is a temporary contract with the potential to be permanent.
Monday - Friday 10-4 - 27.5 hours per week, 30 minutes for lunch.
Pay: £20,000.00 per year
