About the Role
Our ESG R&D team builds the technology behind our sustainability and climate intelligence solutions, helping organisations understand and reduce their environmental impact. We are a collaborative team of engineers and data specialists working closely with product and sustainability experts to turn complex environmental data into meaningful insights for customers around the world.
We work as a distributed team across the UK and Canada, combining strong technical expertise with a shared commitment to solving real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain reliable data pipelines and transformations, ensuring sustainability and climate datasets are accurate, scalable, and available for analytics and reporting.
Maintain high standards of data quality and governance, implementing validation, monitoring, and documentation to ensure trusted and well-understood datasets.
What we're looking for:
Professional Experience:
Typically, 3–6 years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or a similar data-focused role.
Experience working with sustainability, ESG, or geospatial (GIS) data is advantageous, highly desirable.
Experience working with modern data platforms and tooling such as Airflow, dbt, AWS, Amazon Redshift, and PostgreSQL.
Experience working with BI and analytics tools, with Amazon QuickSight preferred, though experience with other platforms such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau is also valuable.
