SM Global is a growing UK wholesale and online retail business supplying professional beauty and cosmetics products. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our online presence, grow our brand awareness, and drive customer engagement across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an effective social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging photo, video, and written content.
- Plan and manage a monthly content calendar.
- Run paid social media advertising campaigns and monitor performance.
- Increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and website traffic.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote new products and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Analyse campaign performance using social media analytics and prepare regular reports.
- Work with influencers and content creators to build brand partnerships.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
- Excellent understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Experience creating high-quality content, including short-form video.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and other paid advertising platforms.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
- Good understanding of SEO and e-commerce marketing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Desirable
- Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG sector.
- Experience working with wholesale or e-commerce businesses.
- Knowledge of Amazon, Shopify, or other online marketplaces.
