Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

The Role
We are seeking a versatile Maintenance Engineer to handle the high-tech and the high priority. You’ll be the primary lead for keeping our robotic welding /machining cells, CNC machining centres, and manual welding stations in top condition, while ensuring the facility itself stays operational.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
· Compliance: Safety Regulations and standards during Maintenance activities including Lockout/tag out procedures.
· Automation & Robotics: Troubleshoot and service robotic welding arms.
· CNC Machining: Repair and maintain CNC mills and lathes, including spindles, drives, and tool changers.
· Welding Equipment: Service both robotic power sources and manual welding sets including wire feeders, torches, and grounding.
· Facility Care: Manage general building repairs, including basic electrical, plumbing, and minor structural work.
· Preventative Maintenance: Carry out scheduled PMs across all production machinery and building systems.
Requirements & Skills:
· Proven Experience: A strong background in CNC repair and robotic maintenance.
· Welding Knowledge: Familiarity with the hardware of both manual and automated welding systems.
· Technical Skills: Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
· Ownership: A proactive "fix-it" mindset—equally comfortable debugging a robot or repairing a facility leak.
Working hours Mon – Thurs 07:45 – 16:45 and Fri 07:45 – 13:45
