Our Birmingham Airport hotel is entering an exciting new phase, having had extensive renovation, a new name and brand as AC Hotel by Marriott and a renewed focus on quality, guest experience, and dining.

As we begin this new chapter, we’re looking for a Front Office Manager who shares this mindset and enjoys creating a calm, welcoming experience for every guest.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting the Front Office team day to day
- Making sure guests have a smooth and positive experience throughout their stay
- Keeping standards high and consistent
- Handling feedback or any issues in a professional, friendly way
- Working closely with other departments to keep everything running seamlessly
- Supporting upselling in a natural, guest-focused way
- Coaching and developing your team
About You
- 3 years experience in a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager role
- A supportive leader who stays calm under pressure
- Well organised with a good eye for detail
- Passionate about great service that feels natural and easy
- Confident communicator
- Knowledge of Opera or similar systems would be helpful
