Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Starting Salary: £13.50 per hour

Affordable Window Systems is a leading name in the window and doors industry, known for delivering high-quality products with exceptional customer service. We are currently looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Administrators to join our dynamic team and help grow our customer base.
The Affordable Group manufactures windows & doors and has been established for over 30 years and supplies the building trade throughout the UK. We have doubled our turnover over the last 5 years and now employ over 300 staff in Blackpool and Poulton-Le-Fylde alone.
The Affordable Group is a “John Lewis “ type of business where employees [ with 12 months of service ] receive a share in the profits. The profit share for 2025 & 2026 after deductions for every employee was £2000. We believe in promotion from within and almost all senior management started as junior employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage and grow sales (NO cold calls involved)
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate window/door solutions
- Prepare quotes and follow up on enquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our in-house system (Full training provided)
- Collaborate with internal departments (transport & production) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role would be ideal, but not essential (experience in the glazing or construction industry is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

The successful candidate will undertake their training in the Production Office for the first 3 months (Cornford Road, Blackpool), after which they will transfer to the Sales Office in Poulton.
