We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm in Swindon, who are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy conveyancing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor to take ownership of a varied caseload, within a firm that offers genuine autonomy, career progression, and a strong local reputation.
The role:
- Managing your own caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Handling freehold and leasehold matters from instruction through to completion
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
- Reviewing contracts, titles, and search results
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members/paralegals where required
- Contributing to business development and the firm's local profile
What our client is looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ–5 PQE, though experienced candidates outside this range are welcome to apply)
- Solid residential conveyancing experience with a strong technical grounding
- Excellent client-care skills and a proactive, commercial approach
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently while contributing to a collaborative team
