Independence Support Ltd (ISL) have opened a supported living service in Chester, Cheshire; offering intensive support to adults with complex mental health issues.
The service supports 14 people in self contained apartments and benefits from the latest assistive technology.
We are looking for flexible staff to join our team in providing outcome focused support, enabling people to live as independently as possible. We are seeking committed and person centred individuals to enable the people we support to be as independent as possible and maximise opportunities.
Various hours and shifts available, the hours available include both days and nights, worked over a 7 day rota.
Full induction training will be provided however some experience of working in a similar setting is essential as the circumstances of the people being supported will be complex. Experience in working with people with forensic backgrounds would be highly beneficial.
All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
