We're looking for an Onboarding and Training Coordinator to join our EKFB team based in Milton Keynes.
Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: 40 hours per week

The Onboarding and Training Coordinator plays a key part in delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for new starters while ensuring training activities are coordinated efficiently across the project. You will work closely with labour providers, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure all onboarding requirements are completed accurately and on time, whilst also maintaining training records, coordinating bookings, and supporting workforce compliance activities.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Coordinator, you'll be working within the Onboarding team, supporting them in delivering an exceptional onboarding experience and coordinating training activities. Your day to day will include:
- Coordinating the end-to-end onboarding process for candidates supplied through approved labour providers
- Liaising with suppliers to facilitate a smooth onboarding journey, ensuring all required documentation is received and verified
- Coordinating training bookings to ensure delivery across the project in a cost-effective, efficient and high-quality manner
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and training matrices across relevant systems
- Monitoring shared team mailboxes and ensuring all enquiries are responded to or escalated within agreed timescales

- You have previous experience in an onboarding, training or HR coordination role
- You possess strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- You have experience managing high-volume activities with the ability to prioritise effectively
- You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You can work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to build effective relationships
